Metamucil Mike By Erick Mike Huckabee was on television this morning. They asked him what was up with Fred Thompson last night. Fred, as you probably know by now, delivered a beat down of Mike Huckabee, that left Huckabee smiling, but bloodied. And I think Huckabee knew it. He had no effective retort against Thompson's punches, other than one witty one liner about being in the lead. Huckabee, always quick on his feet, suggested Fred Thompson might need some metamucil. Considering Huckabee has been soft on taxes, soft on immigration, soft on national security, soft on economics, and soft of big government, I suspect he knows when someone needs metamucil.
